Counselors show up consistently, build real relationships, and lead with humility, care, and intentionality. They understand that ministry doesn’t end when camp does, and they commit to being present before, during, and after camp.”

After camp, counselors continue investing in students through Connection Groups, creating space to open God’s Word, talk honestly about faith and life, encourage personal growth, and help students take next steps toward involvement in a local church body.
